Project Description
Townes of Kendall Marketplace is a new townhome development in Yorkville with a focus on low-maintenance living. The property developers came to Pesola Media Group needing a logo and brand direction. Our design team created an inviting logo that is easily recognizable on print media and outdoor signage. The latter was especially important to the developers, as the logo will be place on subdivision entries within the surrounding community.
